Indent’s services are all hosted in Google Cloud Platform facilities in the USA. All of our servers live within our own virtual private clouds (VPCs) with rules that prevent unauthorized requests from entering our network. Indent services have been built with disaster recovery in mind.
Indent mandates employees to enable two-factor authentication for their Indent and other software service accounts.
All data exchanged with Indent is always transmitted over TLS.
All customer data is encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption.
Actions taken on production systems are logged and continuously monitored.
Indent enables permission levels to be set for any employees with access to Indent. Employees only access a customer's data if required to for support reasons, with permission from the customer.
Indent does not store any of your credit card information on our servers. All payment processing is handled by Stripe.

Provide us with a reasonable amount of time to resolve the issue before disclosing it to the public or a third party. We aim to resolve critical issues within one week of disclosure.
