Indent uses certain subprocessors to assist in providing Indent’s services. A subprocessor is a third party data processor engaged by Indent who agrees to receive personal data from Indent intended for processing activities to be carried out (i) on behalf of Indent customers; (ii) in accordance with customer instructions as communicated by Indent; and (iii) in accordance with the terms of a written contract between Indent and the subprocessor.
Indent maintains an up-to-date list of the names and locations of all subprocessors. This list is below, or you can obtain a copy by contacting [email protected] or submitting a support request.
